An important event on the Day of the city of Trostianets was the opening of a memorial sign in honor of the liberating soldiers - fighters of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade "Cold Ravine". It was these soldiers who heroically liberated the city and the entire territory of the community from occupation in March of last year - with the help of Teroborona fighters and local partisans.
The author's team worked on the development of the concept and the creation of this monument under the leadership of the head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, active member of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture Volodymyr Bykov. A quartzite stone was used as the basis of the memorial sign, on which a commemorative plaque and a metal symbol of the 93rd OMbr "Cold Ravine" - a crow with an oak branch - were fixed.
Quartzite is primarily considered a man's stone. The main properties of quartzite are focused on the ability of the stone to endow a person with stability, will, courage, courage and determination. This is the stone of winners!
