Castles of the Ternopil region: current problems of restoration, adaptation and preservation

On November 16-17, a scientific conference was held in the city of Zbarazh on the topic: "Castles of Ternopil Oblast: actual problems of restoration, adaptation and preservation" under the leadership of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the National Reserve "Castles of Ternopil" and the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture. The speakers discussed issues of theory and practice of conservation, restoration and complex regeneration of historical and architectural objects of cultural heritage of Ukraine. On behalf of the Academy UAA President Oleg Sleptsov, Vice-President Mykola Dyomin, UAA academicians Victor Timokhin, Myroslav Bilyk and Vadym Kherson gave their reports.
