From December 3 to 9, 2023, active member of the Academy of Architecture Volodymyr Bykov, together with representatives of the Konotop and Shostky communities, attended the framework program of a study visit to Polish cities - "prototype" that carry out revitalization - within the framework of the project to support administrations in Ukraine in the preparation of a comprehensive reconstruction program .
The purpose of the study visit is to share Polish know-how and best practices in the preparation and implementation of urban revitalization programs and projects.
