On December 18-19, 2024, the International Ukrainian-Israeli Conference "Architecture During War" took place online under the auspices of the Uman City Council, the Municipality of Haifa, the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture, the Charitable Foundation "Kind Heart Kyiv", and Moshe Zur Architects & Town Planners.
The speakers addressed pressing issues related to the post-war reconstruction of destroyed cities and settlements in Ukraine and Israel. The report by Ukrainian Academy of Architecture President Oleg Sleptsov focused on the challenges and issues of restoring architectural monuments destroyed as a result of russian aggression.
