On November 29, 2023, active member of the Academy of Architecture Volodymyr Bykov, together with representatives of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture and the Department of Culture, Tourism and Religion, visited and took part in the "Training workshop: State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine" organized by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy. It presented the information and communication system of accounting for intangible objects of cultural heritage of Ukraine.
The State Register of Intangible Monuments of Ukraine (DRNPU) contains a list of objects of cultural heritage that the state officially takes under protection. Such objects are determined regardless of the forms of ownership, according to their archaeological, aesthetic, historical, artistic, scientific or artistic value. After being entered into the register, objects of cultural heritage acquire the status of monuments.
