Extended Meeting of the Presidium of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture Held in Kyiv

On April 23, 2026, the Zabolotny Library hosted an extended meeting of the Presidium of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture.

The meeting opened with an address by the President of the Academy and focused on current scientific and organizational priorities. The results of the scientific and practical activities of the Association of Reserves were presented, and new members were officially admitted to the Academy.

A key event of the meeting was the presentation of the encyclopedic dictionary “Urban Studies and Spatial Planning”, a joint academic work by leading scholars in architecture and urban development. The publication summarizes fundamental concepts of modern urbanism and reflects the authors’ extensive research and professional experience.

Participants highlighted the productive work of the Presidium in addressing urgent challenges facing the architectural and academic community.
