During the visit, the UAA delegation visited Frederick University, one of the leading private higher education institutions in Cyprus. A meeting was held with Dr. Marios Pelekavos, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Architecture.
The discussion focused on possible areas of cooperation between the architecture schools of the two countries, including academic exchanges of students and faculty, joint workshops and exhibitions, and research projects in sustainable construction, restoration, and urbanism. Both sides expressed interest in forming a long-term partnership that would contribute to the development of architectural education and practice in both Ukraine and Cyprus.
